On 10 December 2021, under the Jinan University of the Lean Alumni Association, secretary-general Li Baoyan, and the President of the 2019 Lean Seminar, Lu Bingpei, members of the LEAN Alumni Association of the School of Management of Jinan University and teachers of the Jinan University EDP Education Center walk into the lean alumni enterprise-the he jin group for exchange and learning.

In the morning, the LEAN Alumni Association of Jinan University School of Management first came to the Hejin Group, liu Jiamei, sales director of Hejin Group, and vice general manager of the company, warmly welcomed the arrival of the Lean Students' Association of Jinan University of Management!

At the beginning of the visit, Mr. Liu introduced the company to the visiting alumni from many aspects such as company overview, development history, group enterprises and product types. Subsequently, the visiting team visited the company's production workshop and test center under the leadership of deputy general manager Guo sum. Through the physical display of some products, the students have a deeper understanding of high-end circuit board manufacturing.

After the visit, we returned to the conference room, the company's deputy general manager Guo made a special lecture for the alumni themed "lean management design", shared the valuable experience of the enterprise in the field of production management, the students actively asked questions and interactive discussion. Through the enterprise visits and seminars, the students said that they benefited a lot.

Finally, the teachers of EDP Center of Jinan University awarded the plaque of EDP Strategic Training Base of Jinan University on behalf of Jinan University. Through the joint construction of EDP strategic training base with enterprises, the School of Management of Jinan University provides opportunities for social classroom learning for Jinan University alumni, as well as a platform for mutual exchange and resource sharing for major alumni enterprises, empowering enterprises and helping them develop together.
